Sometimes kid crafts can really start to add up money wise -only to be tossed or lost a few hours later! This is a fun craft your kids can spend hours on for ZERO dollas!
Today I made cardboard necklaces with my eight year old and her cousin. They thought these were rad! They got to cut out different shapes and use whatever color paints their little hearts desired. Kids might need help cutting the cardboard with scissors, but this was great craft for them to sit and use their creativity on.
Simply draw out or trace some fun shapes, cut them out with scissors or an exact knife, then paint! I used a wooded skewer to pole holes in the cardboard for string.
Pretty stink’n cute! This is a great way to keep the kiddies busy on a long summer day!
Share your cardboard creations this July 1st – July 27th on Instagram to be entered to win a craft challenge sponsored by Two Men and a Truck Moving Company. Find the on Facebook or Instagram.
