For those of you that have been reading my blog for a while or follow me on social media you know that for the past 4 years my kids have only had Beddy’s bedding. We love it. It zips, it washes great, it is soft. When I finished my basement I put the black and white gingham bedding from Beddy’s in my sons room. It looked rad with his reclaimed wood shelving that I built and the mountain wall mural. I love the gingham. I love it for almost anywhere, but in here it really pulls the room together.
Recently, Beddy’s came out with two new color options for the gingham! A light grey and a light pink. They are lovely. I put the light grey in my nephew’s new shared room. Boy’s rooms are so fun to decorate!! Check out this room! It is a room with texture, color, and little BOY vibes all over it.
The accent wall was done with one by twos. YOU could totally create a wall like this in your home. All you would need is a nail gun, one by twos, caulk, and paint. Find a pattern you love or space them evenly in straight lines. One by twos cost around $2 for an 8ft long piece. This is a GREAT inexpensive way to add a pop of texture to your walls. Wall color is Black Spruce by Edward Dunn.
The light grey gingham from Beddy’s was perfect for this room, because it didn’t become overwhelming with the other patterns and textures. You can use my coupon code PAINT20 for 20% off your entire order at Beddys.com. The grey gingham is called All Clayed Out, the pink is Pink Sugar, and the black is Checked Out. Here over to their site to see other colors and patterns. You can also read through some of my other posts for more reviews and to see ways I have styled kids rooms using Beddys bedding.
The cute lumbar accent pillow is also from Beddy’s, called the Charcoal and Wheat pillow cover. They are a wide selection of accent pillows that you could use all around your home.
